We will completely analyze your home or office to identify any issues resulting in poor indoor air quality and lack of your comfort.

Poor indoor air quality, IAQ can first affect young children and elderly adults. It can also cause adverse reactions for people with allergies or asthma. We can help with addressing unwanted airborne particles such as mold spores, bacteria, pollen and viruses. Through a process of air purification to kill the living particles in the air and then capturing the dead particles with high efficiency air filtration system, we can greatly improve the IAQ of your home or office.

Humidity is another area that can contribute to your comfort or lack of. Your body is most comfortable when the relative humidity is between 30% and 50%. Humidity control can also help with your utility bills. If a room is at the proper humidity level your body feels comfortable at a higher temperature setting during the cooling season and at a lower temperature setting during heating season. Condos in Panama City Beach can be especially affected by the humidity level. Most of the condos being booked in the Gulf Coast area have air conditioners that are too large in capacity to lower the humidity level to a comfortable level. If your air conditioner is too large, it will come on and cool the area down very quickly but without running a longer cycle each time it will leave the rooms feeling cool and sticky.
